Las Vegas Coin Show to Collect Food and Donations for Helping Hands

The Las Vegas Numismatic Society will be hosting its 49th Annual Las Vegas Coin Show at The Palace Station, March 2-4, 2012.

During the event the Society will be offering "Coins for Cans", a collectible coin (supplies are limited) to those who bring non perishable food items for the Helping Hands food pantry. The food pantry at HHOVV serves several hundred low income seniors each month with non-perishable food.

The event is free and open to the public, with coin exhibitors and collectors from far and wide.

"Shoot For Seniors" Event to Benefit Helping Hands of Vegas Valley

Helping Hands of Vegas Valley will host a shooting event on May 18th. All proceeds from the Shoot For Seniors event will benefit HHOVV, a nonprofit that assists low-income and homebound seniors with food, respite care vouchers and transportation.
